Thank you for rockin’ at the Nashville Boogie. This is our 4th year in and are excited to grow with you. We’ve put together a short bullet point list of frequently asked questions concerning the Nashville Boogie Vintage Weekender.

Here are the basics. The Nashville Boogie is a handful of events held at 2 venues. That would be the Nashville Palace and the Opryland Resort. The primary location for the festival is at the resort. You can buy weekend and day passes to the venues if you prefer one over the other.

GET YOUR WRISTBAND AS EARLY AS 1 HOUR BEFORE BANDS START UP TIL 11PM AT THE NASHVILLE PALACE EVERY DAY AND OPRYLAND RESORT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

The Opryland Resort is HUGE! They have almost 3000 rooms. Our events are all on the far left side. We have the Presidential Ballroom, Magnolia Lobby, and Magnolia Pool. Pres has blue carpet and Mag has orange/brown. When you pull in to check-in to the hotel you head right to the Cascade Lobby. If you are coming just to our events you head left to the Presidential Portico. You’ll pass the Magnolia Portico on your way to the Pres.

WE HAVE FREE SHUTTLES ALL WEEKEND.
They start an hour before bands start at the Palace daily and go til the Palace closes.
You don’t need a wristband to hop on the shuttle.

They take you from the Nashville Palace to the Pres Portico at Opryland. Come inside and come to our ballrooms. YOU DON’T NEED A TICKET TO SHOP AT THE HUGE VINTAGE VENDOR HALL!!
But you will need one to get in the ballrooms to shake your tail feather.

The Nashville Palace is an old school honky tonk. Randy Travis used to wash dishes there. Out front and to the right are dozens of Country music stars hand prints in the concrete. You can find videos of George Jones and Little Jimmy Dickens on stage at the Palace, but many more have blessed the stage.

The Palace is all ages until 10pm.
They serve food. It’s yummy delicious.
You don’t need a ticket for the front room at the Palace. We’ll tell you a few times.

WE HAVE TONS OF BANDS AND DJS!!
Many of whom traveled from Europe, Japan, and across the U.S. to be with you this weekend.
Check the Boogie website for the schedule, rooms, tickets, vendor links, special events and info at www.nashvilleboogie.com

Here is a program version. It could change.

WE MOVED THE CAR SHOW OUTSIDE AND MADE IT 100% FREE.
There is no charge to register a car or attend. We still hand out trophies. There are vendors and free bands in the front room of the Palace. You may buy a day pass just for the Palace on Saturday for $20 to catch the official Boogie bands. It’s work triple that.

    Programs are at both venues.

Opryland charges more for everything. But they do provide a full resort experience. There are 17 restaurants at the resort. You can also grab food at the Nashville Palace, Scoreboard Grill behind the Palace, and Cracker Barrel on the corner. Waffle House is across the highway and open all night.
